Mexicans don't flush toilet paper in America
Why do they throw it on the floor or in a trash can? Do these idiots not know this America and you can flush it????
I was at la fiesta supermercado in Austin. The wastebasket was full of used toilet paper. Why not just have a sign, in Spanish of course, to get em to flush?
America is turning into a shithole thanks to third world immigration.

Most people from Mexico, rural areas in the U.S. and all parts of the world, don't live close enough to cities with access to public sewage so they store their waste in septic tanks (sewage tanks) and the tanks are emptied when full. You're not supposed to flush toilet paper when you store your wast in a septic tank because it can cause a clog and no one wants to mess around with a tank full of month old shit more then they have to. People who grew up using a septic tank have been trained not to flush toilet paper and when they come to a city with a public sewer system, they put to the toilet paper where they have all their lives, in the trash.

That actually depends on the brand, Charman is terrible, besides anything solid you put in a tank eventually has to be sucked out. In a septic system it doesn’t magically go away. In a city system it doesn’t go away either. It’s separated, dried, pressed and taken to the landfill. incidentally solids pumped from a septic system are taken to the sewer plant and the same thing happened to them. Baby wipes and bacon grease are the two biggest culprits of fowled systems.

Sometimes water is not in plentiful supply or there is very low pressure. Not enough to completely flush the toilet paper down which can result in a clogged toilet.
Americans take many conveniences for granted while the majority of the world finds them a luxury, including things like clean water, electricity, and health care.

Hey OP, how did you determine “Mecicans” are throwing toilet paper on the floor? How do you determine it was NOT Americans, Canadians, Chinese, Italians, Iranians, Cubans, Filipinos, Brazilans, Russians, Germans, Ethiopians, Austrians, Sweeds, etc. doing it????

Almost nothing you said here is true. Maybe you need to do a little research before you try to explain something you obviously know very little about.
