yes vs no

In the providers review section, could we get a tab that said how many yes and how many nos? Or maybe like last 3 or 6 months yes vs nos? Or like a 98% yes recommendation?

If you use eBay I bet you know based on the way their rating system is set up exactly who you would be willing to buy from and who you wouldn't

I don’t think it will help much since you still have to consider the source of the votes.

When I narrow my search to some providers, I read a few recent “Yes” reviews but also check those reviewer’s reviews of OTHER providers. Is the reviewer established with “yes and no” opinions that appear intelligent and trustworthy or is the reviewer relatively new to the site with lots of recent “yes” reviews? (Is the guy just easily impressed or have an ulterior motive?)

If the provider I’m considering has any “no” reviews I always read them completely - often they offer more insight and reveal a pattern of provider behavior such as being late, refusing DATY, CBJ ONLY, etc that were apparently acceptable in all the Yes reviews but are unacceptable to me. I also tend to place myself in the negative YMMV category. If she only allowed some activities with some clients that gave her a “yes” but also a YMMV, and those activities are important to me, the search continues. If it’s a 50/50 bet, I’ll risk the dough in Vegas.

Another observation, it never ceases to amaze me why some guys on this site simply HAMMER a dude for asking a question – like they are the fucking experts and you are a fucking dumbshit for even posing a simple question. If “yes/no” counting works for you, so be it.

I bet you wouldn't. There are tons of eBay dirtbags that maintain 99% positive feedback by selling 1000 things a day while only 10 suckers have the balls to say how bad they got ripped off.

It's a numbers game an this site does a service by making you read the reviews.

I haven't ventured to find out, just because a provider has 40 pages of reviews.
Is there such thing as too much word of mouth?
That headjob surely is not worth skimming even the most recent 10 pages of reviews - just to find a “no" you agree with.
Whatever the instinct, there must be something much more overwhelming to change the initial feeling. Not to say the 400 others didn't actually have a good/great time, but I think I'm here for something different.

No offense to popular ladies, but a tally sheet of reviews can speak volumes.
