So, do you want us to say that Romney is being stupid? That he's trying to skew the message to suit his purposes? Do you want us to say this is wrong, and governors should tell the truth about what's happening in their states, and let the blame or credit fall where it may?

Ok. I'll say all that. Romney is wrong for trying to spin the message the suit himself. I don't care if he tries to spin the credit or blame for what's happening, they all do that. But he shouldn't be trying to spin the facts. In some circles, that's called "lying."
