Default Bidens unconstitutional student lone forgiveness debauckle

To dat the idiot has retired 138 million for 4% of the population. The 4000 people represent 0.0000118 % of the total U S Population. That just ain’t right no marrer how much lipstick you puton that pig.

Couple that with the untold monies we spend on non citizens it borders on insanity and just isn’t substantialable.

Why are the almost 100% of the citizens silent on this travesty ?.

Do you think it might be an election year?

Well, those crafty Republicans managed to disenfranchise a lot of potential Democratic Party voters by banning barbecue and beer from lines at polling sites. So now Biden's upping the ante with loan forgiveness!

Oilfieldace, I'm reading $1.2 billion in student loan debt will be canceled for 153,000 borrowers.

It’s 4000 people Not 13.5 million. Typo , got it. do your research before making your attacks. Even if it was 13.5 million that still leaves over 96% getting shaft, tell me you at least get that? Doubtful but certainly predictable for

Nothing Biden does ever make sense.

Tht wasn’t an attack, just trying to understand what you’re trying to assert.

I am certainly not an expert on interpreting the Constitution, but what part of the Constitution states that college loan foregiveness is unconstitutional?

The Supreme Court ruling a few months back. That’s what they are supposed to do, interpret and apply the Constitution . They are somewhat experts.

A 6-3 decision prohibiting DOE from forgiving student lone debt.

Any 6-3 vote in SCOTUS should be considered a debauckle.

That decision did not prohibit forgiving debt, which is how the administration has now put forth this new plan.

Of course, I'm guessing both yew and me are long past having to worry about studint lone debt, amiright?

The President cannot relieve debt without approval from the House , he didn’t get it, ergo constitutionally he can’t do it. Even though he pledged he would.

6-3 vote just shows Dems hate the constitution, EOS , NOTHING KNEW THERE

I'm getting a headache with all the phonic spelling, versus actual spelling. Administrations both now and prior have shown that they can do an awful lot through executive orders, or by delineating powers associated to offices like the post master general or the department of education.

I remember when they tried to destroy the entire postal automated sorting machines during the 3 months prior to an election.

I remember a guy banning border entry from Muslim nations

While I don't agree with giveaways, I certainly don't agree with charging rates on student loans that are above 5%. Actually I think they should be 0% interest because an educated population typically will earn way more over time, and will produce more tax revenue on that income.

Fyi - Congress holds the powers of the purse. It gave the POTUS the authority to postpone student debt repayments during the pandemic. Jackass Joe Biden keeps trying (again & again) to twist & distort this (very limited) authority into full-blown debt forgiveness, even after the SCOTUS has slapped him down (again & again). And every time Jackass Joe tries it, he pisses off more voters than he thinks he is buying.

Here ya go, speedy - I'll let your favorite Democrat Nancy Pelosi 'splain it to you:

And I agree that the loans should be 0%. In a civilized society, education is provided for all.
