Think "mistress," my dear. Perhaps exclusivity, or at least priority. I have a few "LTR" gentlemen that I've been seeing since I became a provider nearly 3 years ago. We enjoy each other for a couple of hours at a time to a couple of weeks. I travel with them on vacations, and establish communication on a regular basis if they desire, not JUST when they're calling for an appointment.
