Default pre-loaded credit card

I am trying to use pre-loaded credit card to buy premium access, and it is not happening. My message box is full, so I cannot send a message on what to do.

I see 2 options.

1. Delete one message in your box and then PM admin, or

2. Go here http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=691471 and email them.

Probably user error. Make sure the funds are applied correctly, make sure you are using the correct zip code, make sure you use the correct security code. It's a debit card, that makes a difference in some systems. The mods don't have anything to do with the payment processing, there's probably an 800# or support email on the payment processing site.

I tried using a prepaid for p411 signup. Wound up having to call and give the info over the phone. They said a prepaid would not work on line.

Contact the Admins by email at websupport@eccie.net. They will be the ones who may be able to help you with such issues.

I have email several times, but no replies. I want to paid this way since it would be more secured than my regular credit cards.

I went to my bank, and I got prepaid credit card there. Then, I register that card online, and I was able to purchase premium access on here.
I am disappointed that your customer service did not answer any of my replies. They got other stuff going on.

Depends on what prepaid you get. Feel free to PM me.

I think you need to go see a girl, and write a review. I found that alot easier than trying to get the system to handle my ccard.

Some prepaid cards cannot be used for international purchases.

I have had no luck and don't want to go into my local bank to get a $250 prepaid card and face questions about international purchases. Is there any solution other then posting review after review?

The websupport address above is rejecting/returning my inquiries. Any chance that I can go 'old school' and pay the $250 lifetime fee via Cashier's Check??

There should be no questions. I paid eccie and p411 with a Chase Visa. For me it was free...I'm a customer and the transaction could probably be traced should a divorce attorney go looking. I just walk up and ask for it and they sell it to me. For non customers (it might be better) they should ask for SS number. Just give it and be done.

You should also be able to use a re-loadable vanilla card that requires registration with your SS number. Patriot Act requires "Know Your Customer" for all foreign transactions.

If I wanted to be the most secure with respect to domestic biz, I'd go the Vanilla route.

On my bank and the pre-load card is not loadable that I got from Office Max, I just registered it online and I was able to do foreign tranactions. I just had to put my mailing address and was it alll.

When I repaid 411 with a prepaid visa I had to call and handle it over the phone as well it wouldn't work online so I called and gave the numbers off of card and All went smooth and I gave no personal info at all for the card my 411 account had already been established.
