No panic. We are just going to print some more money t create a greater amount of inflation so that paying debt will not cst as much.

Obviously the commercial RE MBS market is a drag on banks; the amount of commercial real estate loans that are coming due (7-10 year terms) is mindboggling...

While home prices/sales appear to be stabilizing; commercial real estate markets haven't and they are more dependent on lower yields to float valuations. Most metropolitan areas haven't seen a return of commercial property valuations....and many loans made in the 2007 run up in values are rolling over in 2013 and beyond......
