Guilty Pleasures- other than...you know...!
I have to admit, even tho I'm somewhat of a grown up, I'm kind of geeked about seeing the new Toy Story movie this weekend (my son is taking me to see it for Fathers' Day). What can I say? I'm a sucker for those Pixar movies!
Having said that, I was thinking about some of the other little pleasures I enjoy, such as Good and Plentys and my Star Trek: Voyager DVD set.
Anyone have any tidbits they would like to share?

I'll admit that I listen to classical and big band hits. I geek out at the sounds of Basie, Goodman, and even some Mingus.
I can't get enough of how awesome others are at mastering music.
How often does a 20 something admit his favorite musical genre is big band?!

My guilty hobby? Books. Very boring probably to many, but I escape my job by reading. Love it. I am a Barnes and Noble and Half Price Book Junkie. I am known to turn off my phones and disappear into a book. Being a chonic insomniac helps; I will read the night through sometimes. My entertainment budget is of course hobbyworld and books.

I'll see your Star Trek Voyager and raise you Battlestar Galactica! I've been cuddled up with the complete series on Blu-Ray, very good times.

Oh, puhleeze! BG isn't a guilty pleasure. It is a modern classic, well regarded by reviewers. Now, if you were crazy about Babylon 5 ...

Sonic Lime Chillers. It's like a glass of key lime pie, but cooler.

I'm addicted to B horror movies. There are a ton of hidden gems in that category. And Top Gear, because I'm a car nut.

Mine is ice cream. Мороженое. Cones, dishes, sandwiches, sundaes, or just right out of the carton.

Dr. Who for me. I love seeing the creepy dark British take on Sci-fi.
