Let's just take the steps the author reall py wants. How about a "Politburo", with a General Secretary to head things and keep order.

We could even gather people into "collectives" to insure quality distribution of wealth.

We could even come up with a catchy name, like Dictatorship of the Proletariate.

And finally, change the name of the Country. It needs a name that is more in tune with the Progressive/Liberal/Socialist/Democrat way of thinking. How about "The People's Democratic Republc of North America.
