Default AGAIN, HARRY REID (AND THE DEMOCRATS) TELL AMERICANS "FUCK YOU"

A sense of the absurd spread on the Senate floor as lawmakers voted a second time within hours to reject a House-passed funding stopgap shortly before a midnight deadline to avoid a government shutdown....The measure would have prevented congressional lawmakers and staff from receiving federal subsidies when they enter healthcare exchanges.

Repubs have gone off the deep end , are they afraid affordable health care will some how work? Should have waited to see if it failed on it's own then they would have looked like they knew something. 30 people are fucking with the economy and peoples paychecks as they get paid.

What subsidy would that be? You mean the proposal to maintain the level of compensation currently received by Congress and Staff?

The employer paid tax-exempt subsidy that is specifically disallowed under Obamacare !

Section 1312 of Obamacare:
...requires that all members of Congress and congressional staff must either get their health care coverage from a health plan created by Obamacare or through an Obamacare exchange. Obamacare exchanges do not allow tax-exempt employer contributions to health care premiums. The only subsidies available to individuals on Obamacare are the premium tax credits for individuals who are under 400 percent of the federal poverty line (about $46,000 per year).

Remember Obama's pledge to Americans..........

"All the Republicans in The House wanted was for Congressman and their Staff to be subject to the same laws as average Americans. The Democrats said no".

That sounds like the makings of a damned good political ad for the 2014 Mid Term elections.

Federal workers get another exemption under Obamacare........taxpayer funded abortions !

Against federal law prohibiting tax payer money paying for abortions; Obama administration has ruled that members of Congress and their staffs will be able to buy health care plans that pay for abortions, even though the premiums are funded largely by taxpayer money

That's nonsense. It's that kind of thinking that gave us medicare and social security. Once implemented, a government program is forever.

The plan they are under is not all that.....the plan I had for 40 years required no employee contribution and covered medical, vision, dental, etc........with low copays and no deductibles. If the plan they are currently under was a subsidy and unfair to the AVERAGE citizen why didn't they refuse the 70% years ago? It's not ILLEGAL in the implementation of an ACT of Congress for the administration to delay, change, or otherwise deviate from the ACT........Heckler v Chaney 1985.

I would gladly forfeit what the government has already stolen from me to pay for those programs and not sign up for either one, if it would stop stealing from me in the future.
