Bar scene

I'm looking for someone that's familiar with the bar scene here in town. I'm trying to find a more upscale establishment, with a higher dress code and not so much the "club" feel. More of a place that is laid back with comfy chairs and a more intelligent crowd. I know there has to be at least one or two in town. I'm tired of going to bars and clubs and dealing with wanna be douche bags.

1919, esquire as well. I also hear the boys from Brooklyn Nights opened something new in pearl brewery area. Something boxing themed. The Havanah Hotel basement bar is pretty neat to check out as well.
