As long as there are a large group of idiots out there refusing the get vaccinated, there will be people getting severely ill and dying or being hospitalized. 85/100 people in hospitals with Covid severe illness are unvaccinated. Hence even if the vaccinated can get the disease and spread the disease they are far less likely to be seriously ill.

So the answer is pretty simple - Vaccination.
