Lightbulb Questions on Personality Types..

On another web forum that I frequent, there was a debate amongst several members about women of various Myers-Briggs personality types. What would you consider to be the most sexually promiscuous personality type?

For providers, I'd also like to ask if you know your type. I'm wondering if there's some correlation between types of providers and personality types, and if knowing someone's type might make it easier for a 'monger to find a provider that he 'clicks' with.

Here's a little test to get this discussion started..

My results

18E 3I I'm way more Extraversion then Intraversion

13S 13N I'm tie on Sensing and Intuition

14T 10F I'm more a Thinking then Feeling

9J 13P I'm more Perceiving then Juding

ENTP: Quick, ingenious, stimulating, alert, and outspoken. Resourceful in solving new and challenging problems. Adept at generating conceptual possibilities and then analyzing them strategically. Good at reading other people. Bored by routine, will seldom do the same thing the same way, apt to turn to one new interest after another.

I guess that could describe me pretty good. Very interesting test.

ENTJ: Frank, decisive, assume leadership readily. Quickly see illogical and inefficient procedures and policies, develop and implement comprehensive systems to solve organizational problems. Enjoy long-term planning and goal setting. Usually well informed, well read, enjoy expanding their knowledge and passing it on to others. Forceful in presenting their ideas.

I'm not surprised.

Breakdown:

E - 15 vs I - 6
S - 7 vs N - 19
T - 20 vs F - 4
J - 15 vs P - 7

my own results:

INTJ: Have original minds and great drive for implementing their ideas and achieving their goals. Quickly see patterns in external events and develop long-range explanatory perspectives. When committed, organize a job and carry it through. Skeptical and independent, have high standards of competence and performance - for themselves and others.

E 0,21 I : about as introverted as people get.
S 12, 14 N: pretty close to the borderline.
T 18, 6 F: pretty strong emphasis on thinking over feeling. not sure about this, i just don't express outwards emotions much.
J 20, 2 P: I'm definitely *way* more comfortable when things are settled and not in flux.

on most online myers-briggs tests, i usually test istj, and sometimes isfj or infj. it all depends on the test and the way questions are worded.

SAangel, it wouldn't surprise me if the majority of providers were extroverts. When I'm browsing the other board, the ENTJs on there tend to give me a certain dom vibe. Do you prefer to be the dominant one in a session?

I'm wondering if Miss Valentina is an ENTJ as well. She's one of the ones that seemed like that type when I was browsing the Austin forums.

I'm a switch but I was born a sub. ENTJ's are just used to being the leader either by group consensus or their own force. When you constantly have to tell people what to do it tend to leave an impact on writing styles and how you approach others. Don't think of is as "bossiness" but she/he has knows that if people start running around like chicken with their heads cut off it's most likely will fall her/him to calm everyone and set them on the correct path. They lead because they want order and to reach goals not for personal ego.

I am not a Dom but I am a leader. I have a way of sharing ideas and bringing people together for a higher good. Although I am not a Dom I am outspoken and can gently persuade people to agree with me.

I don't know why,but I had this image in my mind of you in that outfit in your avatar standing over some Caucasian 'monger with a whip.. No, it's not me, either.

I get that there's a difference between "bossiness"(=aggression) and assertiveness. Which is which often depends on the perspective of the person on the receiving end, though.

HeatherDAngelo, do you feel like you *have* to be gentle in your persuasion or is it a case of *wanting* to be gentle? I'd consider the latter more of a feeling trait.. and that's not a bad thing at all.

Kaylen, you're actually one of the Myers-Briggs types that everyone on that board associated with porn stars & providers. Some things just go together naturally..like peanut butter and jelly.

I don't feel as if I have to be gentle. I am just naturally nurturing and gentle. I have a lot of empathy so although I am eager to get you on board with my cause (whatever it may be) I am very sensitive to how you may be receiving it and temper myself to be sensitive to your beliefs and feelings.
