Same with Houston and South to the border. 50 years ago Mi Tierra cafe was an interesting place to end in the evening .... it was small .... one dining room with a double L lunch counter ... on one side the Border Patrol would eat and on the other side the "illegals" aka "wet backs" in those days ... would eat on the other side.
