Like the Keystone pipeline? Obama delayed that, which epitomizes the problem. There is just WAY too much govt regulation and bureaucratic slow down by the Feds and anybody who feels intimidated by so-called "environmentalists."

But I'm surprised you aren't criticizing BHO. What's Jeffery Immelt, Obama's Job Czar, plan for attracting foreign investment? Please provide a link! Don't expect foreign companies to move jobs or HQs here. Sure, they'll invest in casinos and buy 787s. But move jobs? Nah, the cost of doing business in the US, due mainly to political factors, and the potential liability of doing business here, is just too high.
