I consider myself an expert on pre-nuptial agreements, they saved my ass 4 times. My current wife signed our prenup without hesitation. If you don't have one or if you have one that is too generous it is nothing more than motivation to make your life miserable until you want a divorce. My prenups were generous in that it gave them a much better $ situation than before we were married, but after they enjoyed the fruits of my labor and they wanted a divorce then it wasn't quite as good. Each and every one of them tried to break the prenup and each and every one of them failed and had a shitload of legal fees to pay.....on their own.
