the judge made a pretrial determination

prosecutors may not call those shot by rittenhouse "victims"

but the defense may call them "rioters"

I despise the Liberal Hypocrisy of teh Portland riots and rioters going free - while vigorously pursuinig conservative individuals.

It is teh DemocratCommunist party which destroys teh Concept of a Justice system of Equality for all under teh law
