Thinking of visiting NOLA and would like to see the sights. What sites are a must see?

Cafe Dumond is a must,
a spiritual shop is on the list
and all the haunted houses I can stand


..but what else?

Also IF I were to work, what are the do's and don'ts of the city? Where should I stay?

Aquarium of the Americas is pretty nice and you should take a walk along the river down by woldenberg park

I'd say Jackson Sq. & St. Louis Cathedral are musts. A streetcar ride on the St. Charles line to just look @ the Garden District. A cemetery visit or two.

Drago's may have invented them--but Acme, Deanie's & even a neighborhood place like Neyow's all have equally-good, if not better, than Drago's @ a better price.
