Verification Question

For the ladies safety and ours I understand that his is completely necessary and I'm currently waiting on my p411 verification to go through. My question concerning this is on some ads I see the request for p411 and /or 3 provider references. Is that the P411 verification in lieu of references or is that in addition to references. Is it just provider preference?

Sorry still new, so I'm still trying to figure some of the language out.

On P411 you are still going to need OKs from providers on there. That’s easy though, just see a girl on P411 and then send her a request for an OK. Nevertheless just getting on P411 is a plus. The more the OKs is better.
