Default Finally here!!! TAMU SEC Debut and Texans drive to a ring!

Ok as a Aggie today is a special day as the 1st SEC game at Kyle Field! Reguardless of todays outcome and as a realist have no visions of a great season, this year! Cannot wait for the seasons to come and playing in the BEST conference in the country!

And then tomorrow the boy begin their drive to the Superbowl! Hell yea I believe! This should be the season to remember!

As another fellow Ag and hobbyist I completely agree. I will be sitting eating some wings with a beer in hand screaming for them to BTHO those Gators! Now just need to find out how you manage get to the providers to hang out during this event as well...lol

Jimmy, it's only one series, but it looks like you guys have a VERY capable QB.

QB did look good, and the Aggies didn't roll over just because it was a SEC team..........But they still don't have the memo that its a 60 minute game, and no matter how good the first half was, the other team is gonna show up for the 2nd half..........

I was there. It was wild. If the Aggies would have played offense in the second half it would have been nice. Defense actually looked good out there. Welcome the SEC.

According to the tv announcers, "Florida fans snapped up their ticket allotment very quickly", then why was the 87,114 attendance only the 9th best attendance at ag land( quoting the chronicle), the ags were sure ballyhooing their entance into the SEC and some did not show or is there a better explanation(quite possibly)

"And it's Good Bye to Slippery Rock University, etc." Turned out about like I hoped it would. The Aggies still have Aalbama and LSU to go. Won't be a pretty season, even with their newly stolen coach.

Hook-Em Horns!!! One of the worst thrashings I have ever seen. 66-31 against Ole Miss., SEC opponent, on the road. Could have been 72-31, but Mack had the subs take two knees in a row at the Ole Miss. 5 yard line to end the game. 682 total yards of offense, 2nd highest total in the history of UT. UT should move from number 14 to number 3 on Monday, behind Alabama and LSU. Again, Hook- Em-Horns!! Nick Sabin and Les Miles should start watching game film of their likely BCS opponent tomorrow!

Still no reply from Ag fans, why did the Chronicle report the Florida game as only the 9th largest home attendance in Kyle Field history, come on
Ags there has got to be either an explanation or an excuse, help us out.

Not trying to defend AG's, but aren't they doing some renovating that's temporarily lowered their capacity? I might be wrong.

It was a sellout, It has to do with how many people bought tickets and how many showed up. It also has to do with how many temporary seats they put out.

What about number 6 OU and Number 4 Florida State? I would think they might have something to say about Texas moving all the way to number 3.
I think we should wait until everyone starts playing real teams.

Well Summerlin is damn impressive and with as many freshman as are playing got no fear of how they are gunna stack up for years to come. And hell ya recruiting just got a shitload easier to keep some Texas talent hear at home. Just ask Oregon!
