How about a citation for your cut and paste so we can play "Battleship" with it.

The GOP has done something that the democrats haven't done; namely to submit and pass seven budget bills since January. The democrats have passed none, zero, nada, null, zilch, etc. even though it is required by the constitution.

Actually the founders made it pretty simple. They wrote the rules down. Congress makes laws, not the EPA and not by executive order. The president is equal to the congress and the supreme court. he does not have the right, nor authority to criticize them. The congress should produce a budget yearly. The president should preserve and protect the consitution.

What universe do you live in? Does the President lose the right to free speach just because he is the President? You better start your retroactive impeachment going all the way back to GW.

Show it to me in the Constitution you embecile. I am, and you know this, talking about moral authority and not legal freedom. Kind of like a child molester calling a whore monger a moron.

Is that better?

He has the duty to criticize them if need be.

Since when does being President mean you lose your right to free speech and you are still a moron for suggesting the President does not have the authority to criticize them. Everyone does.

At least Obama is not saying stuff as stupid as this:

"In an interview with Meet The Press host David Gregory GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum said Sunday morning he would overturn any Supreme Court decision in favor of same-sex marriage if he became president."

And he was not the only Republican candidate saying he would over turn Supreme Court decisions if he became president.

Someone should tell this to Newt:

In a half-hour phone call with reporters..., GOP presidential contender Newt Gingrich warned that as president he would abolish courts whose judges make decisions that are out of step with fundamentalist Christian views.....Despite an outcry over the remarks, Gingrich reiterated them during an appearance on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” saying the president could send federal law enforcement authorities to arrest judges who make controversial rulings in order to compel them to justify their decisions before Congress.

And that is one of the reasons Newt will never be President. Hell, I'm one of those fundamentalist, Christians you so flippantly dismissive of, but what Newt said was nuts. Just like when he called the Ryan plan crazy. Newt just doesn't know when to shut up. He's our Joe Biden.

Just think, in 6 months we will restore some normalcy in our lives when voters realize Mitt Romney is the most pragmatic choice for President.
