Or a website make-over? Absolutely free, I promise! Right down to hosting and one hour a month of updates for one year. Why am I doing this, you may be asking, or what's the catch?

No catch, but this is my story: After taking some design classes and creating my own website for my author business (I am a published writer), I really developed a love for graphic and web design and got some more training. I've done some work for friends, but am ready to branch out and start earning money doing something I really love.

And there's the catch: no one wants to hire someone with no experience. And you can't get experience unless someone hires you. So I'm offering to build single page websites (which means all of your sections are on one page) like the following samples:

The site will include the following features (any of which can be removed if you don't want them):

• Domain registration and hosting, if you don't already have these
• Responsive design for mobile devices
• Logo, if you need one
• Age and content disclaimer on entry
• One feature (large) image as header and/or background, plus a gallery
• Appointment scheduler with Google calendar integration
• Mailing list form and mailing list integration
• Photo gallery
• Services list, to include "All donations are compensation for my time and companionship only" disclaimer
• FAQ section (to include screening process, missed appointment procedures, and any other info you want to highlight)
• Blog, if you keep one or would like to start
• Search engine optimization
• Assistance with your web copy. I was an English major and am a romance author, so let me help you make magic with words on your site!

What do I get out of this? Your word-of-mouth references to friends and a credit with my business link in the footer of your site, and hopefully future business from you if you have any other graphic (print or web) design needs.

Is privately hosting the site mandatory?

Frankly, if I was trying to set up a new site (and I'm very interested in doing so, to tell you the truth!), then I would wish to keep my own hosting.

Just feels better that way.

I know that Veda does her own hosting but for me, well, I prefer to keep that control.

Thanks Elisabeth! Of course, domain registration and hosting are totally an option, and would be solely at the user's option! I just have the capacity to host and wanted to offer it to anyone who might want it.

I am happy to make this offer...I know web design can be expensive and intimidating and want to help while trying to grow my business (and also plan to offer "scholarships" twice a year once the business takes off to companions trying to grow their own business.

Depends on what you're trying to do, if it's just for a escort site, most any will do, they are pretty simplistic technically. and if you go with a word press site, it makes it really easy once you learn how to use it. or just buy a theme from code canyon, or get a script for a escort site, you can find PHP scripts for that (Google is your friend), if you don't know how to use PHP hire a developer off Fiverr, they have really good rates
