Seriously this may be long overdue and outside of the special provider benefits / bonuses they may get; on the surface it appears the mods make a lot of sacrifices to serve.
However, no way would I want the responsibility of keeping and putting up with all the daily crap. So why not develop a Quarterly (Q) pay structure for these guys (sort of like a dividend payment) factoring escort inflation / prices along with year end Mod service.
Q Pay / Scale Recommendation:
- 1- 2 yrs of service = $100 = $400 / yr = 2 agency sessions or 1 good Indy session
- 3- 4 yrs of service = $ 200 = $800 / yr = 4 agency sessions or 2 good Indy sessions
- 5- 9 yrs of service = $300 = $1200 / yr = 1 good overnight session
- 10 + yrs of service = $500 = $2k / yr or @ the discretion of site owners
- Admins = $1k /q = $4k / yr + 1k bonus for a total of $5,000 / yr
It's time to get rid of the quasi-indentured service.
