MY account is being messed with by a person with three active user names

Meanwhile, make sure only you have access to your hardware and your email.

Go to a library computer, log into your email and change that password. Then do the same here as well.

Make sure your hardware, phone and other equipment is cleaned of spyware.

The very best way to do this is to hire a non-hobby expert to do it. Sure, it will cost, but you get what you pay for, imo.
