I met a ex- sovereign citizen at a law library. He gave up litigation in court because he know that there are soo many legal angles and cannot win if the is not a lawyer. He said do his own legal research to write contracts for his own business. After discussing my legal research, he showed me copies of a hobby friendly law book that decriminalized method of hobbying for all 50 states. He accessed it on a law database at the law library. He used a permanent marker to blot out the title on the couple pages.

You don’t have to have a copy of the hobby friendly law book to know the principles in the law book. The hobby friendly chapter has the exact legal principles that are found in the court case Commonwealth . v Danko 421 A.2d 1165, 281 Pa.Super. 97 (1980), Commonwealth v. Potts, 460 A.2d 1127, 314 Pa.Super. 256 (1983), and People v. Johnson, 376 N.E.2d 381, 17 Ill.Dec. 382, 60 Ill.App.3d 183 (1978)).

At this point in history, politicians and judges did not have case laws on their side to engage in the hobby. The lawyers and judges did their best to decriminalize the hobby. They cannot legalize the hobby because of public outrage. Especially from the Christian majority. Give thanks to the lawyers and judges for it.

Me telling the truth won’t hurt your business. There will always be plenty of dumb guys and gals who will need your legal services. There will always be dumb people around who will commit crimes.
In Canada (where private prostitution is legal) there are dumb guys who pick up hookers off the street and get sting by police. So it won’t be any less business for you and your lawyers’ buddies if prostitution is legal. Just because indoor prostitution is legal doesn’t mean guys will stop soliciting on the streets.
Many State Supreme Court legalized cohabitation prostitution (just a joke). This opens the door for more legal work. Unmarried couples sometimes need a lawyer to draft cohabitation agreement. So prostitution legalization may increase your work load. Johns may line up at your office because they need you to write hookers contracts for live in hookers who will act as temporary wives.
I don't know if the ex-sovereign was fooling me. Maybe he was. I really don't care about finding that law book. I care about fishing for more case laws.
