Guess what?.... time is money!

Okay, with a New Year, right here, I am trying to balance my company. With that said, tell me what you think....

I advertise on the net (oppose to the papers) to be more noticable.
And most of all, to be more informative.
Well, sometimes it seems point-less.
After putting every FAQ in my ads, I get a host of different scenarios.
(Here are some: )

1. Guys calling giving incorrect information intentionally. (Like, prices or ad info.)

2. Guys calling asking FAQ questions. (That are clear as day in the ad.)

3. Guys calling to tell me how pretty I am. (With-out considering an appointment.)

4. Guys calling to sell or solicit their personal services. (With no intention of booking an appointment.)

5. Guys calling to see if I answer. (Not even with an appointment plan.)

Now you get my drift.... okay, I have several options.(Here are some: )

1. Alter ads from the net back towards the papers. (Since I'm left doing the extra work.)

2. Charge for booking through my 1800 number. (With the first 3 minutes free. It does not normally take that long to book.)

3. Only book over the phone with regulars. (Book all new clients via P411 only.)

That is just some ideals.
Please feel free to add some ideals and/or comment on this that sit in my head.

I solved my own problem. Thanks Sweetheart for the ideal you emailed me.

This is what I came up with....

As of March 1st 2010.... My Nina A. Ross phone line will only be open 24/7 to regular, repeat, tour or cleared clients.

Meaning that if you are not 1 of the 7, you will need email approval:
A. A client that has seen me.
B. A client on a tour route.
C. A cleared client. (From a mutual provider or a email approval.)
D. A domination client.
E. A full body relaxation client.
F. A wrestling client.
G. A P411 member.

All other callers will be disconnected.
Oh and new client email approval will only take upto 4hours. (Approvals issued between 9am-11pm CST.)
Request maybe placed overnight for morning appointments, with guaranteed booking as early as 11am.
1st time client approval fee $25 (If you don't have a mutual client/provider reference $25 will be added to your rate.)
This will in-turn be a discount for regular, repeat or P411 members.

Also booking will be available if you have access to another phone line covered by me. Good luck....

So, I wanted ideals from others on something that could easily be understood.

Interesting marketing strategy! Just to get this clear in my mind; IF I wanted to see you, you're going to charge me an additional $25, on top of whatever your regular donation is, for you to screen me? Really?

After almost 30 years in sales, marketing and advertising, I could give you a lot of advice on marketing strategies. That one would NOT be anywhere near the top of the list. I would LOVE to see one of your new ads announcing and explaining how this works.

First thing we do, let's piss off all prospective clients. Yeah, that's the trick; it's sure to ring the cash register. Of course it's a train wreck and to watch it repeatedly happen has actually become entertaining. Like the man says, to fail at something over and over and continue to do it the same way expecting different results is the definition of insanity. But, hey, let's keep it real!

Thanks... That is why I stick to running the company, so I can surround myself, as you all do the same. (With people like minded.) So just as there are clients that spoke out against it, there will be clients that completely adore it. (If not, at-least respect it and understand the decision. Is that how you spell it? )

No need to wait on a responce from clients who agree, they usaully don't even mention the confusion when they book, let alone, respond to negative out poor on a ATF.
