"A Dance With Dragons"
I have several friends who are reading this book, but to my knowledge none of them is more than halfway through. Due last weekend's power outage, I found myself with lots of spare time, so I sat down at the Starbuck's in Liberty and read the final 450 pages over two days.
Now I've got theories and questions, but I can't discuss them with anyone in my circle as yet. For example, who is Robert Strong, or more to the point, who does Kevan Lannister suspect him to be?
I'm starting this discussion thread for anyone who's finished the book and would like to inform, theorize or otherwise discuss their opinions about what's occurred in the story to this point.

Grrrrr Barnes and Noble was supposed to call me when that came in and I just realized it was supposed to be last month. I'll talk to ya after I read it, should be able to pick it up Wednesday.

Has anyone gotten any further in the book? I had an interesting discussion with some friends of mine regarding the books and I went back and re-watched the entire series on HBO on Demand earlier this week. I was surprised to find that I had forgotten much of episode 4, "Cripples, Bastards, and Broken Things". In particular, the discussion in the catacombs overheard by Arya between Varys and an unnamed character (who turned out to be Illyrio, according to IMDB). Some events that happen much later in the books are foreshadowed in their talk.

I reread the series this summer, finishing Dance in early August. I really enjoyed it, but I can't go into much detail in a public thread. GRRM likes to throw a lot of surprises and reveals in his books, and I'd hate to give any of them away.
Regarding Robert Strong, I think it pretty much has to be <spoiler>Gregor Clegane. I'm not sure how or even if he survived the poison. I reckon a red priest revived him like Tyros did Dondarion or Catelyn. </spoiler>
