Kind of. Central IL is tricky for ECCIE. I usually put anything I-74 & north in the Chicago forum, and all south in this one. Since M/C is further south of Champaign, I'd say this is the right section.

Yeah, I'd say this is the right section. There is some Springfield IL stuff in this section and that is farther north than Mattoon and Charleston. Last I knew, there wasn't much to write about in that area though hopefully somebody might have some new info.
