seeking recommendation for inducing spit for the messy deepthroat dream. I remember a mention about a gel that can be swirled and helps increase the volume and density of spit

I lost my salivary glands on one side, and take a prescription Pilocarpine that increases output.

There are also gels at the pharmacy for dry mouth - which I use - not sure if that'll get you the result you want.

I can recommend digging deep and visiting with Aprill her in DFW - she loves to bring up the stringy spit from her throat - and she has some partners she says do as well. Pay your money, take your choices.
