Not sure if it is appropriate to post the link here but there is a FL board that seems alive and well now, cluttered with TOO many providers and agencies and prices are easily 33%-40% lower than here sometimes more. The original draft of the law causing all this ruckus named ECCIE by name, because it was started in and run by people in Texas. The law seems fairly clear in and if itself and makes having ads and photos absolutely a felony in Texas. There’s not much grey are when you’ve been pretty much directly targeted. Yeah, after living in Miami, I would rather just fly back there rather than see some average, worn out provider for twice the price.

If you are outside of the underground network, you can always try Slixa. After that it's on to riskier places like Eros, etc... Best thing is to get personal connections from providers you already know to be legit. They generally don't mind giving business away if they don't work in the city in question. IE if provider X never tours Madrid, then why would she care about sending you to provider Y if provider X simply can't operate there when you will be visiting? I have also started requiring deposits. I think it’s necessary. I’ve considered for a very long time and don’t see any other way.
