In general, I would agree that posting the Tweet without characterization would be permitted.
Should Staff determine that you are Targeting, Harassing, or Attacking an Eccie Member, you would be subject to a Warning or Infraction for violation the Eccie Guidelines.

Being critical of something or someone is often seen as targeting or attacking.
As I said above, should Staff determine that you are Targeting, Harassing or Attacking an Eccie Member, you would be subject to a Warning or Infraction for a violation of the Eccie Guidelines.
The use of Back Channel Communications would avoid Staff review.
