Need assistance with a review

Staff - I am obviously new to ECCIE and recently completed my first review. Two issues: the first time I submitted it (yesterday) it did not appear to comets the submission. I resubmitted today so there may be a dup. The second issue is a stupid user issue. After i hit submit I realized that my ROS had not copied into the review correctly. How can I get it fixed?

You have about an hour after you submit where you may make any changes you'd like by editing it - after an hour, you'll need to find an agreeable mod to help with any edits.

It looks pretty good except for the lack of a title, which you can still fix by using "Edit" and "Go Advanced":
