Question Help
This might be a li'l embarrassing and TMI but looking to get some insight on how hobbyists tackle the issue or if someone has faced something similar. I have probably gotten into extreme case of premature ejaculation, never had it before in my early 20's and now that I'm touching my late 20's, I feel like I have no control. Went to the doc and they said it's more mental and because I'm overly mentally simulated and excited and that leads to ejaculation, how do people in the hobby not be overly mentally simulated, especially if you are meeting such different beautiful women? Really feel lost but looking to get any advice/insight that could help.

Try some sprays until you get it under control. One of the best I’ve ever used it called Pau Yuen Tong balm. It’s on Amazon - read the reviews. It works

Yeah,I have heard about PYT. It didn't quite work for me because as I said, for me it's more mental arousal that gets me over the edge and PYT just numbs or decrease the sensitivity.
