There will be a few Republicans who vote for her because they see it as a liberal/socialist/progressive/Democrat seat. No need to rock the boat, even though her answers to various questions show her to be a well educated product of academia without a lick of common sense.

You’ve no clue what the fuck you’re talking about Jack. But that doesn’t surprise me at all. Maybe you should actually read 1 decision she wrote and if you can comprehend it, you can make an educated statement about her common sense.

Just exactly what was that 1 decision she wrote that should catapult her into the Supreme Court?

Your attempt at being clever is lost on me. Maybe you can explain what your actual question is.

I'll make it simple for ya. Why should this women be appointed to the Supreme Court apart from her being a Black Female?

Harvard undergrad
Harvard law school
Harvard law review
Federal attorney trial experience
Private practice trial experience
10 years federal district judge
1 year federal appellate judge

That’s more experience than Barrett and slightly better than Kavanaugh.

And it seems, dumb as a fence post.

She might define “the Peter principle”

That was my thought too

Quote:
The Peter principle is a concept in management developed by Laurence J. Peter, which observes that people in a hierarchy tend to rise to "a level of respective incompetence": employees are promoted based on their success in previous jobs until they reach a level at which they are no longer competent, as skills in one job do not necessarily translate to another.[1]

What are her views on Crime, especially crimes which may involve those that have limited ability to defend themselves such as children, the elderly or the disabled? Education is a given, it isn't the only thing that makes a good judge.
