OBAMA'S SECRET IRAN STRATEGY......
How eager is the president to see Iran break through its isolation and become a very successful regional power? Very eager. A year ago, Benjamin Rhodes, deputy national-security adviser for strategic communication and a key member of the president’s inner circle, shared some good news with a friendly group of Democratic-party activists. The November 2013 nuclear agreement between Tehran and the “P5+1”—the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany—represented, he said, not only “the best opportunity we’ve had to resolve the Iranian [nuclear] issue,” but “probably the biggest thing President Obama will do in his second term on foreign policy.”
A good read if you want deep background on the Obama strategy in striking a deal with Iran. What is being said (and negotiated) in the public forum isn't what is happening behind the scenes. We are being lied to again by Team Obama.

But why is Obama pushing this grand deal with Iran, read this analysis.

Is Obama willing to accept a nuclear Iran in exchange for a deal that restores order to the region?
In essence; Obama sets Iran up as the single power broker in the region. Sells out Israel in exchange for keeping peace in Syria, Iran and Afghanistan.
According to EU officials, US Secretary of State John Kerry and his Iranian counterpart, Mohammad Javad Zarif, have discussed increasing the number of centrifuges which Iran would be permitted to keep. In exchange, the Iranians would undertake an obligation to bring their influence to bear in order to ensure quiet in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria. http://www.jpost.com/Israel-News/Pol...ampaignId=4404

STEP1:
Iran takes control over Iraq's militias.
On the front lines of Iraq’s war against Islamic State, it’s increasingly difficult to tell where the Iraqi army ends and the Iranian-supported Shiite militias begin.
Official U.S. policy has been to support the Iraqi Security Forces as both a hammer against the Sunni jihadists and also as a way to absorb the the Shiite militias that threaten to drive Iraq’s Sunni minority to support anti-government terrorism.
But in an interview this week, Hadi al-Amiri, the founder and leader of Iraq’s oldest and most powerful Shiite militia, the Badr Organization, told me the U.S. ambassador recently offered air strikes to support the Iraqi army and militia ground forces under his command. This has placed the U.S. in the strange position of deepening an alliance with the Islamic Republic of Iran for its war against Islamic extremists. http://www.powerlineblog.com/archive...nt-in-iraq.php

Perhaps President Obama has resigned himself to the fact that sooner or later, Iran will have a Fisssion Bomb. There is nothing anybody can do to stop it, only delay it.
Cut the best deal you can, in hopes that Iran will not blackmail the other Muslim Countrys tothe extent of seeing Israel disappear as a Country.
Like it or not, Iran is still a Theocracy, or to be more exact, a "Thugocracy" ruled by religious fanatics who will kill you in the name of their God just as quick as Joe Stalin would kill you in the name of Joe Stalin.

You mean, double down on the same kind of negotiating we have been doing with North Korea for decades? But in this case; let Iran be the kingmaker for that part of the globe.
You can bet if Obama let's Iran go nuclear; other arab countries will do the same - overnight.

WAPO IS CATCHING ON............
The emerging Iran nuclear deal raises major concerns
●First, a process that began with the goal of eliminating Iran’s potential to produce nuclear weapons has evolved into a plan to tolerate and temporarily restrict that capability.
●Second, in the course of the negotiations, the Obama administration has declined to counter increasingly aggressive efforts by Iran to extend its influence across the Middle East and seems ready to concede Tehran a place as a regional power at the expense of Israel and other U.S. allies.
●Finally, the Obama administration is signaling that it will seek to implement any deal it strikes with Iran — including the suspension of sanctions that were originally imposed by Congress — without a vote by either chamber. Instead, an accord that would have far-reaching implications for nuclear proliferation and U.S. national security would be imposed unilaterally by a president with less than two years left in his term.
The Post’s editors conclude by arguing that the “right response” by Obama to congressional concerns about the deal he’s negotiating is to insist on better terms or to persuade the doubters. It is not to bypass Congress.
Unfortunately, Obama likes his terms just fine. And they are so inimical to U.S. interests that persuading the doubters, even many within his own left-liberal party, seems out of the question. In his arrogance, Obama thinks bringing Congress and American public opinion along is beneath him. Afterall, he is the smartest man in the room.
