Default Seasons Greetings

I posted on this time of year last year, and my feelings about the holiday season are about the same.. Here we go. Next week I'm driving halfway across the state to visit with inlaws that I haven't seen or heard from since last year. Yes, my idiot brother inlaws, unemployed (probably) and ready to give me a days worth of advice on how to run my business. My mother and father inlaw, the ones who raised my idiot brother inlaws will spend plenty of time giving me parenting advice.... It will be crowded, the stuffing and the turkey will be dry, and I wont be able to hear the Cowboys game over all of the advice being given.

But that's just the start. Next comes the gifting. Christmas, yes , buying gifts for people you don't like. I'll spend enough on them to have hobbied for a couple months. (well, my loving bride will). Then another trip, or , and I'm afraid to say it, something much worse. They all load up and come to my peaceful little home. They never come for a short visit,,,, noooo, they will want to stay until New Years. Eating my food , drinking my beer, and giving me more advice. I'll be totally caught up on the whole NASCAR scene. Stories of ex wives and child support problems, reasons they can't keep a job.(never there fault). BLa,Bla, Bla.

Yes, I truly look forward to this time of year. Is anyone else as exited about all of this as I am?
Bah,, Humbug.

I am not making the famed trip this year. Spending the TG holiday by myself. Great.

Sorry to rub salt into the wound, Smith, but I am so happy.

We feel for you dude, thankfully we took care of those issues years ago when we left California and Mrs. B's bullshit family behind. Best thing we ever did!! Try to schedule yourself some hobby time between the Thanksgiving Turkey and the Christmas Ham....

I totally despise this time of year as well. Corporate greed at it's finest level as they make millions yet we can't even say Christmas anymore because some asshole Muslim will get offended. Let's don't even go there.

I always volunteer to work Christmas because we usually get double pay for several days and I would rather avoid the bullshit. This year will be different however. I will be home, happily single with my two dogs. I will buy myself a couple of early Christmas presents in the form of an hour with Hazel and hopefully Maya also and/or a few UTR's I have been enlightened to. On Christmas day I will cook a prime rib (I hate Turkey) and eat it with my dogs.

On December 27 I will take another trip to Tampico, get a big tattoo on the other arm and bang as many Mexican strippers/chicas de las casas de citas as possible. I have a mission to have my johnson in a hot chica at 2400 on December 31 and start 2012 by blowing simultaneously with the Mexican fireworks.

Therefore Smith this is finally a year I get to look forward to the holidays. And good luck to the Cowboys too by the way.

Thanks for all the support . I already have some holiday hobby plans in the works. I wonder if any of the ladies out there would like to meet my brothers inlaw? They are always on the lookout for a gal with an income. LMAO, I wouldn't do that to any of the ladies.
