Yes seems ebony providers have issued being verified. Sad never had so many issues in my life. Very unprofessional I have no problem with p411 and TER. Lol

Your accusation that this has ANYTHING to do with the color of your skin is simply a stupid statement. I have the email string where I have told you several times that you need to do age verification and where to send it. You have not done so. I can't upgrade you when you refuse to follow simple instructions.
