Idiot Leftist Of The Year Nominees: The Honorable Mentions

First off, Merry Christmas. I know it’s not very Christmas-y to write out a list of leftist losers who’ve been so awful throughout 2022 that they could qualify as the worst. Then again, it is truly very Christmas-y to write out a list of people who’ve been, shall we say, “less than good.” Therefore, it is in that spirit I run this today, of all days.

There are a lot of leftist idiots in our country, with each seemingly seeking to out-crazy the other on a regular basis. How can you just pick five to represent all of them without acknowledging the many, many others who, for whatever reason, just fell short of the expanded podium? The fact is, you can’t. So these are the honorable (or dishonorable) mentions for idiot leftist of the year.

Yoel Roth. Twitter’s former head of “Trust and Safety” has proven himself to be unworthy of trust and rather “safely” stupid. While meeting regularly with the FBI, Roth was fed a line of BS about Russian hackers and the prospect of a fake story involving Hunter Biden. Shortly thereafter, those FBI contacts had Roth gleefully preventing the very real Hunter Biden story from being disseminated. Roth was a fiddle, played to perfection by the FBI and he never once appears to have questioned his handlers. While his stupidity didn’t occur this year, it was exposed and he was the person who proudly announced it to the world. Well deserving of an honorable mention.

CNN. They’re not MSNBC, but it’s not for lack for trying. There are just only so many morons willing to scream that everything is racist/sexist/homophobic/transphobic/whatever-Democrat- flavor-of-the-moment-phobic to go around. MSNBC hired those best at it, CNN got the rest. Even though they’re the oldest cable news channel, their on-air team has all the quality of a new expansion team. In order to “save” the network and renew audiences, the geniuses running the joint have simply taken the same people no one wanted to watch and put them on at different times. If you thought Don Lemon was the worst way conceivable to end your day, just imagine starting it with him. A bowl of feces is still a bowl of feces, no matter what meal it’s fed to you for.

Sam Bankman-Fried. Most criminals are idiots, few raise their idiocy to an art form. SBF has. Billions gone, no one knows where, but Sammy knew exactly which party to grease in order to get away with it as long as he did, but he could only get away with it for so long. Even then, he was getting support from rich suckers anyway. He is learning what happens to “useful idiots” who loses the “useful” part. He also goes a long way toward reinforcing my firm belief that you should never trust a man with a hyphenated last name.

Congressional Democrats. No, not all of them. But some Members of Congress are so unbelievably moronic that if you’re written them into a work of fiction your editor would reject them as being too absurd. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is what a stupid person would create if they were trying to parody a stupid person. The rest of the Goon Squad spend their time sucking, both up to her and in their own right. They hate themselves some Jews and America while basking in all the glory and opportunity it affords them. Only here could a moron like Mazie Hirono hold a job that doesn’t require a hairnet and the months, if not years, of training she would require to successfully operate a deep fryer without setting herself on fire.

Drag queens who dance for {forbidden topic} and trans-activists seeking to butcher them. There is a new kind of evil in the world – people who actively pursue the physical mutilation of {forbidden topic} for their own profit/glory/political agenda (take your pick). Sick isn’t a strong enough word and Hell isn’t an awful enough place for these people. As for the drag queens, it’s important to differentiate a run-of-the-mill dragster and any who would consider what they do in public to be for “all ages.” It’s curious how the left has a problem with parents not wanting someone’s genitals waived around in the faces of their {forbidden topic}, but have no issues with adults who consider it somehow normal or “artistic” to do so. Pretty sure there once was a time that doing so would’ve gotten you a righteous beating, if not jail time. Democrats have shifted what is acceptable that much, which is not only idiotic, it’s just plain gross.

These are but a few of the “progressive” leftists who’ve distinguished themselves as a special kind of stupid this year. I’m sure I’ve missed some, it’s impossible to keep up – supply easily out-strips demand. The scary thing is these are the top of the list. The scarier thing is Democrats haven’t even come close to the bottom they’re apparently capable of with these people and their nominees. Merry Christmas.

Let’s get mean, shall we, if not downright vicious. I don’t do this for the fun of it, even though it will be fun, I do so because of the contempt leftist Democrats inspire through their bigotry and stupidity. There is nothing more dangerous to a society as ignorance coupled with arrogance – the people who are wrong, usually very wrong, but absolutely certain not only that they’re right, but also of their righteousness. Most, if not all, of history’s atrocities in modern times stem from this mental fertilizer.

It’s not just the wholesale slaughter of human being caused by this; arrogance and ignorance combine on the local level too. And it’s important to curb-stomp it everywhere it pops up in the hope of preventing its spread.

That brings us to Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. I know, you can’t expect too much from people in a state that elected the world’s most accurate Frankenstein impersonator to the United States Senate, but even this is below where you’d think these people could go.

What am I talking about? I recent vote by the school board there to choose its president was thrown into politically correct hell by one member announcing she couldn’t vote for a board member seeking the post because he was a straight white male, and she was concerned about the type of message voting for him could send.

The woman, Jennifer Solot, must be the local Karen and looks like an ad warning about the ravages of sugar consumption or a 1970s headshot of Hall of Fame fullback Larry Czonka. Mean? Of course. But she deserves much worse. (Decide for yourself: Larry vs Jennifer.)

Why? Because as the vote was coming up (between 2 board members, Greg D’Elia and April Stainback), Solot decided to announce to the world that she would support the woman, not because she’s a better candidate but because she isn’t an evil straight white man.

“I feel that electing the only cis white male on this board president of this district sends the wrong message to our community: a message that is contrary to what we as a board have been trying to accomplish,” Solot said just before the vote.

The Democrat, naturally, allegedly has three kids (whoever she married…poor bastard), and decided that if any of them are straight they are lesser than anyone who isn’t, or at least that the message this C.H.U.D. decided to send to all the kids in the district.

Presumably, Solot, a Democrat (naturally) is straight, and she serves as treasurer of the board. What message does it send to have a stereotypical Karen white lady serving as treasurer? Why hasn’t she resigned? Because, honestly, what else would she do? Anyone with this bigoted mindset, who also likely gets winded standing up, has no business being in a position of leadership. To quote her, having someone like her in that job “sends the wrong message” to the community, doesn’t it?

There may have been many reasons to oppose D’Elia or support Stainback, Solot made no case other than which bathroom they used and who D’Elia is attracted to. Solot even started her bigoted rant against him by saying, “I believe that Mr. D’Elia would make an excellent president.” What kind of center of a human’s built-in seat would say that, then stab them in the back?

Solot didn’t have to say anything, but Karens can’t help themselves. That’s what makes them Karens. No one would ever accuse these people of being smart.

To illustrate her stupidity, and her commitment to the left-wing agenda über alles (using German there on purpose), Solot went on to say, “Mrs. Stainback has done an exemplary job as president these last few months, and the strength of her performance has earned her my vote tonight.”

Why couldn’t she just have said that? That would have been enough. But leftists can’t help themselves. They hate, period. These piles of human garbage can’t just be normal people because normal people let others make their own decisions. Solot didn’t want the straight white guy to win because of representation or something. But with only one straight white guy on the board, straight white guys are grossly underrepresented there. Doesn’t she care about that?

Of course, she doesn’t. Aside from being responsible for the vast majority of advances by the species in recent history, white men are terrible, the straight ones being the worst among us.

Imagine living a life where the color of someone’s skin matters. On top of that, one where who other people sleep with overrides your decision making on anything. I’d rather eat hemlock. But this is where Democrats live. No wonder they’re so miserable. They deserve it.

Idiot Leftist of the Year Nominee No. 2

Controversy has already struck this competition just after the first nominee was announced. That day, our first nominee – Larry Czonka, er, Jennifer Solot – resigned from her post on the Upper Moreland School Board over her racist comments. Once nominated, however, a nominee remains nominated with future developments factoring in the final vote. Stupidity, once demonstrated, remains stupid forever.

That being said, our second nominee is historic! Super-historic, really. She might the most historic person ever, according to every glowing profile the slobbering media has done of her. And while our first nominee was chosen because of one event so profoundly stupid it deserved recognition on its own, our second nominee deserves recognition for being profoundly stupid over the course of the year…which is amazing considering she’s only been on the job since mid-May. I’m speaking, of course, of White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

“Historic” used to be a word reserved for events in history, generally things that mattered, now it’s a resume enhancer for otherwise untalented Democrats. They’ve done the same thing to the word “diverse,” which used to be many different whatevers (people, viewpoints, types of food, etc.), now it just means skin color – how often have you heard a person described as “diverse”? One person can’t be diverse, it’s just them, unless you’re only talking about their skin color with the same level of fervor and excitement the KKK used to bring to those types of discussions.

Democrats were the KKK then, they’re the same now – the left has never changed their objective, only their tactics. They still seek to divide people by any means necessary. KJP’s “historic” “diversity” is just the latest tactic and something she embraces wholeheartedly.

KJP is black, gay and an immigrant. Congratulations to her on things over which she has zero power or input in deciding. To Democrats that is an accomplishment, to normal people it’s irrelevant. But when you have so little else to celebrate, “diversity” and “historic” it is!

Most people have more self-respect than to allow themselves to be used this way, but then most people have more sense than to take a job, especially a public job, for which they are woefully unqualified for. KJP has no such issue.]

The “historic” mouthpiece for a historically bad President and administration really, really sucks at the job. Her predecessor, Jen Psaki (AKA Ginger Goebbels) was a lying fraud, but at least she could string together a coherent sentence without needing to read it word for word out of a binder given to her by her bosses. KJP not only doesn’t seem to have any idea what the Biden administration’s positions are on issues she’s asked about every single day, she seemingly has no desire to learn them.

To be an effective communicator for an administration you have to be trusted and in on the meetings where important things are discussed. That enables you to go and talk about what’s going on and what the administration believes without having to read it or sound like a robot in desperate need of a software upgrade.

KJP reads her answers word-for-word from the binder her bosses give to her every day, which makes her the equivalent of popcorn – flavorless delivery device for salt and butter. She’s irrelevant. Except for the fact that she’s “historic,” and she’s only “historic” because she’s “diverse.” I think my cats would have more self-respect than to be used that way, especially if they were as bad at the job as KJP is (though I suspect my cats could do it better).

To add insult to injury, whether she’s out there trying to walk back something stupid her boss said or just answer some basic question someone in the mailroom could easily answer, KJP reads it verbatim like a bad actress who hasn’t memorized her lines while everyone else is off-book. Worse, she wears an eyeshadow that is sparkly, usually gold, that highlights the fact that she’s looking down reading. She should consider having a make-up artist paint some eyeballs on her eyelids so she can somewhat hide the fact that she’s looking down reading. It wouldn’t help with the stilted, seemingly unfamiliar with the content way she delivers the lines she’s reading, but at least she’d run risk of looking like she’s engaged.

Karine Jean-Pierre is not only “historic” for her sexuality, place of birth and skin color in the job she holds, she’s also historic for being historically bad at it. She may well be the worst speaker ever from the White House press room podium. Stephanie Grisham, Scott McClellan and Anthony Scaramucci have all breathed a sigh of relief...

I’d never throw the keys to our family car to one of my kids and tell them to have a great time. First off, they’re 5 and 4, so they’d be confused and not have anywhere to go. But also because they’re 5 and 4 and have no idea how to drive – the concept is foreign to them. They’re children, so it’s not surprising. Yet, every single day major outlets that became known for once having reported the news to toss the keys to the drippings of what is left of their important and once plentiful credibility to a group of “journalists” who have no idea what the concept of credibility is and are less mentally stable than my children being forced to eat their vegetables. They are our third nominee for idiot leftist(s) of the year.

There are far too many of these thin-skinned crybabies to mention them all, they’re like the special effects team in the credits of a Marvel movie – they take up 5 minutes of fast scrolling across the screen with each member is likely replicable by another person you’ve never heard of without missing a beat. It’s their total more than the individuals, but some of the individuals are useful for illustrative purposes, so we shall explore one of them.

Let’s talk about NBC News activist Ben Collins. Benny had the world on a string just a month ago when, after the mass shooting at a gay club in Colorado Springs, he gave a Golden Globe-nominated performance on MSNBC about how evil Republicans and their heartless push against grown men dressed as women waiving their barely covered genitals in the faces of [forbidden topic} was the cause of the shooting. Fellow “journalists” scrambled to their social media accounts to be the member of the Blue Checkmark Brigade who planted their lips on Ben’s behind the deepest; the Pulitzer Prize committee was put on notice that their search for the greatest journalism of the year was over.

The only problem was, as is the case with so much of that profession these days, none of it was true. As a sign of just how far the profession has fallen, Ben was not disciplined for whining on national television about how one side of the political spectrum was responsible for the murder, nor was he reprimanded for being wildly wrong once it became known that the alleged killer was “non-binary” and used “they/them” pronouns, meaning he is firmly on the left’s team.

He didn’t even bother correcting the record because there was no record to correct – Ben didn’t do any journalism or even questioning about the shooting before making his declaration; he made his pronouncements from 2,000 miles away in New York City without ever having set foot in Colorado Springs investigating the killings. Some narratives are too good to investigate.

What would be a humbling experience for most people wasn’t even something worth addressing again for Ben. He moved on. NBC News had no issue with someone projecting their political bias onto half the country and accusing them of murder because NBC isn’t in the news business anymore.

Well, that’s not entirely true. Or at least they want people to think it’s not entirely true.

To that end, NBC News did finally discipline Ben Collins. Not for lying, not for smearing, but for being a douchebag on Twitter about the subject he’s paid to cover.

Being a liberal means you are very much like a child – fairly stupid and ruled by your emotions (with the occasional wetting of yourself, either metaphorically or literally). Ben and his fellow travelers on Twitter can’t control themselves because virtue signaling is the social credit score of the American left and the boogeyman of the moment to the left is Elon Musk. (It’s usually Donald Trump, but he can only release so many NFTs in a week so they’ve begun to diversify.)

Ben “covers” social media and Elon Musk and spends his time on social media campaigning against Elon Musk. Stevie Wonder could look at that and see a problem. Finally, NBC News did too.

When Musk temporarily banned accounts doxing him in real-time, a “woke-off” began. Democrat activists with press credentials scrambled to be the next one banned since being banned in the service of smearing Musk is the left-wing’s equivalent of social credit points in communist China. They’re like North Korea in that they don’t want to be the first person to stop clapping or be seen as not clapping enthusiastically enough, lest they lose the woke-off.

Benny and his fellow travelers began highlighting what got their fellow activists with press passed banned in the hope of getting banned themselves. And they won. None of these people cared when the New York Post was banned for accurately reporting on the Hunter Biden story, they worked to justify it, but when one of their cabals was sending the location of Elon Musk and his kid in real time to a world full of insane people they’d conditioned to think Musk is Hitler reincarnated, well, that’s a bridge too far.

Luckily James Hodgkinson is already dead and these people have yet to create another one, but it’s not for lack of trying.

Ben was “temporarily suspended” from his beat by NBC News over his non-stop smears on Musk and how he’s running the company he owns. In other words, Ben’s trolling of what he’s supposed to objectively cover became too much for even NBC News. It’s surprising to learn NBC News has standards, as low as they are.
Don’t get too excited, they haven’t fired Ben, and he’ll likely be back “objectively” covering the same beat he was suspended for being emotionally childlike about sooner rather than later like he wasn’t disciplined for being a hacktivist, but something is better than nothing…even if just barely.

Ben Collins isn’t the problem with journalism, he’s the avatar of what the problem with journalism is. He’s interchangeable with the likes of Taylor Lorenz, Aaron Rupar, Donie O’Sullivan, Drew Harwell, etc., etc. You can easily find members of this virtue-signaling circle-jerk on Twitter, they usually have their pronouns listed in their bios just after the rainbow and pregnant man emoji and the word “journalist,” right before some version of the “retweets do not equal endorsement” disclaimer. This comes in handy when they crawl through the Twitter feeds of any accounts retweeted even once by any prominent conservative politicians to declare those politicians guilty of “retweeting an account that once tweeted” whatever it is they find this random person once said in junior high school. But when they retweet nothing but progressive propaganda, it’s not meant as an indication of anything. Seeing the scam yet?

These are some of the biggest hypocrites on the planet, Ben Collins just happens to be the name pulled from the hat to represent them here. Their company ID and editors who are afraid to hold any of them accountable, coupled with an echo chamber that empowers them to fail on cable news created cancer currently eating what is left of their profession. It won’t get them today, it might not get them tomorrow, but it will get them. Even the Washington Post – purchased with the pocket change of Jeff Bezos, a man with more money than he could set on fire in his lifetime – is laying people off because their business is failing.

It couldn’t happen to nicer, more deserving people. And without FTX and Democrat mega-donor Sam Bankman-Fried to fund new left-wing media ventures (oh, yeah, his stolen money is all over the liberal media – hello, Semafor!), the normally soft landing leftists are used to will sooner or later be the concrete they gleefully prepare for everyone else. Now might be a good time to start learning to code…

I wasn’t going to nominate Joe Biden for this award because it seemed unfair. The award should be named in his honor, not something he could win. But he’s just so damn stupid, such a complete fraud, and a complete to-the-bone moron that any list on the subject has to include him.

Still, I would have resisted were it not for the BS story Biden told last week about his dead Uncle Frank. For this lie alone, Joe Biden deserves a nomination.

One thing about Joe Biden is he’s stupid. Another thing is he’s wildly insecure. He’s also incredibly arrogant. Those three ingredients make for stew of destruction that devours reality without mercy. He’s a liar, always has been. Being dumb means he may not know any better, being insecure means he has to lie to make himself look good, and being arrogant means he starts to believe his lies and so they grow even bigger. If the “blob” were a moron it would be a Biden.

So what did Biden’s Uncle Frank do?

“You know, I — my dad, when I got elected Vice President, he said, ‘Joey, Uncle Frank fought in the Battle of the Bulge,’” Biden told a group of real veterans. “He was not feeling very well now — not because of the Battle of the Bulge. But he said, ‘And he won the Purple Heart. And he never received it. He never — he never got it. Do you think you could help him get it? We’ll surprise him.’ So we got him the Purple Heart. He had won it in the Battle of the Bulge. And I remember he came over to the house, and I came out, and he said, ‘Present it to him, okay?’ We had the family there.”

The President concluded his lie with, “I said, ‘Uncle Frank, you won this. And I want to…’ He said, ‘I don’t want the damn thing.’ No, I’m serious. He said, ‘I don’t want it.’ I said, ‘What’s the matter, Uncle Frank? You earned it.’ He said, ‘Yeah, but the others died. The others died. I lived. I don’t want it.’”

Did Uncle Frank really fight in the Battle of the Bulge? I have no idea. I have my doubts, however, as there really weren’t that many men in that fight who didn’t receive a Purple Heart. It was hell. And the Army wouldn’t have missed someone having earned (in spite of Biden’s word choice, you don’t “win” a Purple Heart) one and not given it to them.

But the main reason I have my doubts is the guy had been dead for a decade before Joe alleges he have him is Purple Heart. A neat trick, if he could pull it off.

Biden’s Uncle Frank died in 1999, so it’s unlikely he would’ve come “over to the house” unless he was a zombie or they’re carting around his corpse 10 years after he passed.

Also, you have to ask what kind of phone plan Joe had to get a call from his father at least 7 years after his father died. Yes, Joe Sr. passed away in 2002.

More than that, the “story” of his uncle is exactly like a story Biden has told many times before, though always differently. Not about his uncle but about an Afghan vet not wanting a medal he’d earned because a soldier he was rescuing died. PolitiFact declared that story “mostly false” when he was telling it about others – Joe isn’t the type of guy to let the facts stand in the way of a good story any more than he’s willing to let “no” stand in the way of a sexual assault on a Congressional staffer – but they haven’t said anything about this latest version of the lie because that would be too much like work.

This is just one of many lies Joe Biden tells regularly, usually about himself and designed to make him seem special or important, either directly or by proxy. He’s neither, nor is he a good person. His “word as a Biden” is worth less than his hair plugs.

Biden shouldn’t be on this list, he shouldn’t be nominated for an award that, honestly, deserves to be named after him. But the master isn’t ready to call it a day, he’s still got a few more steaming piles of, well, “Biden” left in him, so he makes the last-minute cut. Congratulations, Joe!

Our final nominee this year is, like a previous nominee, a group of people. And I know what some of you are thinking – wait, the winner isn’t going to be announced until next Tuesday, so why are you giving us the final nominee when you still have Sunday’s column to nominate someone else? First, I’m making the rules up as I go – I could (and should) have started earlier since the pool of potential nominees is literally bottomless. Second, Sunday’s column will be the honorable mentions, those who did their best to be leftist idiots but just fell short of reaching the pinnacle of their quest. Third, I said I was making this up, didn’t I? I’ll have it more organized next year.

Never the less, the final nominee is MSNBC. I could have included CNN but they simply don’t matter, even CNN employees don’t seem to watch CNN. And I could have gone with the whole media, but in that Petri dish of progressive activism MSNBC is the strain of bacteria towering above all others.

Yes, the New York Times has a larger impact insofar as what the rest of the media covers, especially since MSNBC doesn’t even pretend to do journalism anymore, but nothing infects the vacuous area where a leftist’s brain is supposed to go like a monologue from Rachel Maddow or some random tantrum by Joe Scarborough. MSNBC is the COVID of the mind for Democrats, infecting many with a destructive stupidity for which there is no real treatment.

Starting in the morning with Morning Joe, where a round table circle-jerk of sameness sets the tone for the day, you will not find a dissenting voice on the network. The closest you will come to disagreement is “Republicans are awful” followed by a “No, Republicans are REALLY awful.” Hunter Biden could be screaming about how he sold access to his father while doing lines of blow off Mika’s nose job in the green room and the idea of articulating the thought that that might not be a great idea or could possibly be newsworthy will not be mentioned on air.

The on-air personalities at MSNBC are like a Saturday Night Live skit waiting to happen – if SNL were funny anymore – where each person tries to out-stupid each other. A place where socialism works and conservatism is exemplified by people like Nicolle Wallace and Michael Steele, which is like using prostitution to extoll the virtues of monogamy.

It’s a plane of existence where the racist Joy Reid is smart and Al Sharpton is a “man of God.” Where Chris Hayes is tough and Larry O’Donnell is clever. Where Chuck Todd brings integrity and intelligence to Meet the Press and Rachel Maddow working one day a week for $30 million per year is a smart investment. We can’t forget Stephanie Ruhle, who doesn’t get the credit she deserves as one of the dumbest people in all of cable television because of her late timeslot and misogyny. (Too much attention is paid to Don Lemon because he’s a man, even though Stephanie can go toe-to-toe with him on stupid any day of the week.) I assume the sky is green there too.

To call MSNBC a left-wing echo chamber or a tool of the Democratic National Committee is to call the Grand Canyon a pothole. They are to honesty and integrity what Jeffrey Epstein was to child care.

As someone who grew up watching NBC News back in the days of Tom Brokaw, watching that brand become tainted by MSNBC is like having been a big fan of Miramax movies and finding out what Harvey Weinstein did with the power and money they afforded him. MSNBC does to facts what big Democrat mega-donors do to women and children, and worse. Ed Buck did to young black men what MSNBC has done to journalism.

You do, however, have to give MSNBC credit for one thing: they don’t have the word “news” in their name. The other networks do (the first “N” in CNN stands for news, for example). None of them do news anymore, with very few employing actual journalists now (they simply report stories that appear in newspapers as their own), but at least MSNBC doesn’t pretend by having that word in their name.

Still, they do pretend to be journalists and truth-tellers. They’re like McDonald’s…if McDonald’s pretended to be health food. For that, and for their relentless pursuit of the radical “progressive” agenda über alles (in its original German because it’s who they are), the entire clown car at MSNBC is our final nominee for Idiot Leftist of the Year.

Idiot Leftist Of The Year: The ‘Winner’

It’s almost unfair to include an entire cable network in this contest, with dozens of employees each rowing in the direction of stupid compared to individuals paddling their idiot kayaks in a circle until they tip over, but that’s the way to cookie crumbles. So, congratulations to MSNBC for winning the first annual Idiot Leftist of the Year Award.

For all his moronic ramblings and horrible decisions, Joe Biden is ultimately a doddering old man living out his final years with other people’s hand up his backside. Karine Jean-Pierre is “historic” and one of the all-time dumbest people to ever walk the planet, but there’s a subtle, yet important difference between being dumb and being an idiot. She falls on the wrong side of it. The woman who looks like Larry Czonka was a moment of stupid where she resigned pretty quickly afterwards, which shows a level of awareness at true idiot couldn’t possess. All the flying monkeys with press passes trolling social media for offense and targets are worthy, but so many of them either work for or appear on MSNBC that their stupid only enhances the choice of MSNBC.

My God, just think about all the resources available to MSNBC – all the connections and outlets of NBC News, all the cash of NBC and Comcast – and what they put on the air is the best they can come up with. Saying they have a larger audience than CNN is like saying Stacey Abrams is a better candidate than Beto O’Rourke – it might technically be true because Beto lost by 2 more points, but they’re both losers.

MSNBC has an audience, it’s just small. The purpose, at least on the surface, of an organization claiming to be about disseminating news is to convey that information to people so they become better informed, smarter people. MSNBC does the opposite of that, proudly. The “star” of MSNBC is Rachel Maddow, a conspiracy theorist who makes a paranoid Oliver Stone seem mellow and sane. Honestly, watch any of her occasional, $30 million per year for one day of work monologues and you’ll see someone who makes the character of Captain Queeg seem well adjusted and trusting.

Nicolle Wallace is a former alleged Republican angry about being passed over for important jobs after her time in the W Bush administration and having been denied a noticeable upper-lip when she was born. (Seriously, look her up and see if you spot one.) They try to push her out as the next “big” thing on the network, which if amusing for a couple of reasons. First, only on an unsuccessful network would Maddow come off like an original “big” thing worthy of replication, and second, Wallace’s only marketable skill is she once worked for a Republican President. That’s like finding virtue in a monster because they once were a baby. And they give her 2 hours.

The line-up after Morning Joe is so insignificant that you likely couldn’t name a show if you were offered a descent amount of money to do so. Their prime-time line-up makes the WB look like a powerhouse of intellect.

How can anyone take seriously a network that describes Joy Reid’s show as “One-on-one conversations with politicians and newsmakers, and the breaking issues of the day” and Chris Hayes as someone who “reports on some of the biggest news and political stories of the day with a commitment to in-depth reporting that seeks to hold the nation's leaders accountable for their actions.” Hayes is a Maddow impersonator and Reid is a Klan rally with the races flipped.

There is no other organization with so many employees and nothing redeemable about it. Honestly, what’s the last story they broke? When was the last time any of them were honest?

MSNBC is an echo chamber in a bubble – non-stop sameness without the changing air, which leads to inevitable lightheadedness and all the trappings of high altitude with none of the charm. They truly are the worst, most terrible people on the political landscape, and collectively they are the idiot leftists of the year.
