I tried to set something up last Friday during the day. I contacted 11 different providers. 4 were unavailable. 1 texted back, but went silent. The rest never contacted me back.

It is almost comical.

I did something similar a couple of weekends ago, same things. I agree that its comical that customer service is so bad among many providers in this town. Expecting professional level income without basic customer service considerations. But read some of the reviews, some folks keep enabling the silliness.
