Why isn't anyone talking about Algeria?

I know why Obama and the media are not talking about it. After all, weren't we told that Bin Laden was dead and Al Queida is on the run. Now (in case you missed it) Al Queida has taken a number of people hostage from a BP oil facility in Algeria. It also seems that a number have been killed. We don't know the fate of the Americans but we haven't heard a nary a peep from either the White House, the AP, or the lefties on this site. could be because neither the White house or Obama had anything to do with it.According to reports Algerian troops attacked and some hostages were killed.did not say by which side.They were taken in protest of France ,not the US.

I was thinking that we had killed OBL, were droning the shit out of terrorists in Afghanistan and Pakistan and were still running combat patrols in Afghanistan looking for the bad guys. In addition to the work being done by the folks in the CIA, the NSA and countless other US government organizations that let you feed your fat ass and sleep soundly at night without interruption. But, I guess that's just all made-up bullshit and we are going to "ignore terrorism."
