As I explained via text, I had no signal in the ER on the date of our first appt. I did try and confirm a few hours earlier and just assumed it was off when I got no response. I completely jumped the gun trying to make it up to you with a second appt. I still felt horrible the day of our second appt and I shouldn't of set it up the night before. Once again I greatly apologize for the wasted time! All I can do is learn from the situation and apply it in the future.
I am still getting settled/organized but I am taking appts && running specials for returning friends<3
