I guess after the divorce he only ends up with 1/4 after having to split it in half twice.

Less than 25% would be my guess. The attorney gets 30%. The divorce will be 50% of the original judgment.

interesting story, if the report of his injuries are accurate that would generally rate a hefty settlement. regardless of how it happened i'd be wanting some bucks if i had permanent issues with my eyesight. of course i myself have been momentarily blinded by getting a nipple in the eye but i shook it off LOL.
