Photo Shoot Locations

As some of you know I am a photographer who specializes in Provider Advertising.
The biggest challenge I have is finding a location to shoot. Now I can do some nice things in a King-bed room at a 3+ star hotel, but it isn't the same as a house.
I am searching for locations. Probably would be best if it were the house of a provider or one of a single hobbyist. The bigger and more up scale the better.
When I do a shoot the location is the responsibility of the subject, but I would love to say, "here is a list of emails, contact them..." and then the provider would work out the deal directly (I don't need to get in the middle, especially when some ladies might want to trade for the use of the place.)
