Grandfathered rates

So one of my regulars told me that she no longer wanted to see me at the grandfathered rate we've been using for the past year. I've been seeing her monthly for the last two years.

My question for the ladies is how long would you keep a grandfathered rate for a regular? And does the frequency of sessions make a difference? I have another regular I see every 2 or 3 months and we're still on her (much lower than current) rate from three years ago.

And for gents (and maybe ladies too) what's the longest you have been grandfathered in?

When ever I have changed my rates I always include a note to say..If you have ever seen me at a lower rate then thats your rate for life"... to me it doesnt matter if you come daily weekly monthly or yearly..I have clients who have kept their grandfathered rate for over 5years

I have never increased anyone's rate. I have regulars of 10 years that are paying the same thing now, that they did back then.

Many have asked why I haven't raised them to my current rates. My response...."why am I going to mess with my sure-things. And you cant put a price on comfort".

With them, I KNOW I will never have any problems. I know what to expect. And I love the relationships we have formed over the years. I wouldn't risk losing any of that for a raise.

And I'd almost consider it bad business to do so.

13 years at $160 with a favorite gal from a little South of here. And she usually stays for a few hours if not over night,

I have keep my "grandfathered" rates the same for my Clients the past 5years and do not plan on changing that policy, think it is only fair, if a Client has cum here and seen me on a regular basis over the years, my rates are the same for him as he first paid, unless I am running a current discounted special.

I am still paying rates from 2001 on my atf in SA $160 an hour
still paying rates from 2005 on my hottie UTR $250 an hour and she stays 2 hours

too each it's own my thought is the only way I would raise my rate on a regular s if I do not whish to see him anymore . That could be her way saying...... of your getting to close....I feel you think it is more than a job so I need to remind you yhis my job and we are not going steady ...etc etc etc
