I once had a GF that went on medication that killed her sex drive. She was in the mood about 2-3 times per month, and then of course, I had to be there before the moment passed to enjoy it. She frequently suggested that I visit a massage parlor or an escort once a week, so that my needs would be met and that I wouldn't leave her for lack of sex. She loved my companionship, support and the security that I provided her and her young daughter. "Just don't spend too much money, come straight home afterward, and don't give me too many details," she used to say.

What's strange is, I never trusted her sincerity on this one. I was afraid it was some sort of test and passed on the opportunity (well except for a couple of non-disclosed exceptions) because I was afraid that it would crush her emotionally or make her insanely jealous if I accepted her offer.

At one point, I suggested that she pick out someone online that she thought might be an appropriate candidate. I got no recommendations, and she was shocked as to how much an indy got paid for her time. her advice shifted to "go try an AMP." I never did, and eventually we split up. The sex wasn't the main reason, but I have to admit that it contributed to the break-up.

Maybe her thinking was practical and ahead of it's time. I'll never know.

My Wife and I watched cnn last night about this topic. I can tell you without any hesitation, She will take everything we own, including any saved retirement funds. I might end up living at the rescue Mission. Unfortunately, I can not become a provider, I have not heard of many Ladies that are willing to give a donation to a man !!!!!!!!!!!

From the perspective of a single hobbyist...Cause honestly you don't often hear the singles point of view in the hobby. But bluntly I see SP's to have the benefits of a healthy sexual relationship and NOT deal with the baggage, costs and worries of having a significant other 24/7. Agreed people that are in relationships have a different perspective completely but just saying I'm not a dog so I don't need a leash and I never will. Like anyway of living...being single is just a path and its not meant for all but it's out there

My guess is you've been married a while. I think the trick (no piun intended) is to discuss and make arrangements about this near the beginning of a relationship.

Excluding the Single Guys,
How many of you guys have such an Open relationship with your wife?
How long did such an Open relationship last?
How many have permission from their Wife to Hobby?
How many of you Guys have a Wife that allows you to spend 300 to 400 a week on the Hobby?

Even before I got married, non of my Girl Friends would have accepted such an open relationship !!!!

Glad some Guys are Lucky enough to have a wife that allows them to have a Mistress or to Hobby !!!!!!!!!!
