Provider Names.

What about a providers names/handle is it that attracts you to her?
Are there certain words that make you weary of her?
Are there certain words that make you think "trashy"?
Are there certain words that make you think "classy"?
Does the name even matter?

Jillian my only problem with providers handle is the few that use a name similar to another great providers handle. It is sort of like using another providers pictures. I would imagine it is difficult to come up with a new original name. I have found that what attracts me is a well written profile that shows you are not ghetto educated. I am an old goat and enjoy the company as well as the sex.

There is one provider name that literally disgusts me. It sounds like bodily functions to me.

And incest related names creep me out a bit.

Then there are a few that just sound like dumpy grandma names...

This is a good topic...there have been times that I immediately checked out based on a provider's name. I'm drawn to providers that seem to have thought it through and offer some measure of class to their name. Nothing raunchy or ridiculous.

I like my name because it is a normal name. You can call me Alyssa and it just works. Some of my friends that know actually do call me Alyssa.
I thought about it before deciding my name.. I didn't want to be something that someone wouldn't be able to call me.

I used to be, "alyssainnewyork" when I first started. It flowed. The only problem is, I like to travel and I move cities here and there.. It turned in to a joke, "alyssaintransit" and other names were made up. When I moved to Vegas I became Alyssa Vegas. Before I left for Dallas, I became Alyssa Marie. That can stay for good.

A name should be some thing I can call you when others either in the hobby or not are near by . Rainbow or deep throat just won't work.
While we are on the subject would you tell me your RL name if we were stopped by the cops? Perhaps I have been watching to many cop shows but it seems they separate the guy and the gal right away. If I were asked your name I shouldn't pop off with Miss Deep Throat. I would rather tell you my name and try to convince the cops that you and I were friends.

London Bridge what do your friends call you? Lorrie London would work and it just sort of rolls off of the tip of your tongue. Not to sound like an ass please don't take this wrong just saying.
I chose Tucson because it is a name that is easy to spell and is an actual nick name. If I chose
"theguywiththeshortdick" It would not be some thing I could put on my business card.

I just scanned thru a few pages of the provider ads and really didn't see anything that stood out as "bad." But what LilMynx listed, especially (it's TRUE!) the last one, is something that's crossed my mind a few times before LOL

I guess I'm so used to reading message boards and online forum comments, that the more "unconventional" ones just seem normal to me.

I guess you could say that the classic "Jillian Price" type names might seem more "classy," whereas the Sw33tSugarT!ts of the world, might be seen as more "playful". Ultimately, I think the lady's actual personality has more to do with that perception, though, and then it either seems to "fit" or it doesn't.

I feel like the names really don't tell you as much as the Ad titles, though. So, I generally pay more attention to that part.
