It is about time we stop pounding our keyboards and start gathering in the streets. Our government is out of control and until the people wakeup and stop ignoring what is and has been going on we are doomed as the once free nation that was born. Of course you will have the libtrards saying not to worry everything will be fine, you are over reacting. They ail to understand this is not just this administration but all of the administrations, congresses, courts, that have allowed, pushed to continue, and continuing without authority, the agenda of control and power over the governed.
The government can crush you at any moment and there is nothing you can do about it unless you stop sticking your head in the sand and stop allowing it to happen. Watch as both parties roll out the same tried and true "issue" to polarize a nation when the final outcome is always the same, more control and loss of freedom for the people.

I was, and always have been, on record as opposing the Patriot Act as one of the worst pieces of legislation in history when it comes to infringing on our liberty.
I still do not understand why, when Obama had the House and the Senate that they did not do away with it. This is, until you understand that they wanted it worse than Bush did.
The refusal of this administration to stop this intrusive and unconstitutional plague on the people is telling of the libtard agenda.

Bush restrained from spying on US Citizens on American soil, going to court to limit activities....Obama sent his legal team to court to expand the spying to include US citizens on American soil.
The Obama administration secretly won permission from a surveillance court in 2011 to reverse restrictions on the National Security Agency’s use of intercepted phone calls and e-mails, permitting the agency to search deliberately for Americans’ communications in its massive databases, according to interviews with government officials and recently declassified material.
The courts in 2008 imposed an explicit ban — at the (BUSH) government’s request — on those kinds of searches, that officials in 2011 got the court to lift the ban and that the search authority has been used.

You are an idiot.
I am not giving Bush a "pass"...................w hy are you trying to shift blame away from Obama. Obama is the one who sent his team of lawyers into secret court (in 2011) to argue for expanded spying against Americans, reversing the restraints that the Bush lawyers sought and achieved in 2008.

LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES!!! How many Lies are you going to spew out of your filthy mouth? Obama did know such thing- produce facts or recant those statements. Stop giving Bush a pass and admit the Bush administration is the catalyst that created all of this madness.

Read the WaPo article...link above.

But I am certain Obamazombies will cry foul and argue that Obama isn't responsible for what goes on in his administration. A sure sign of incompetent leadership at the top, when the underlings try to claim their dear leader knew nothing, saw nothing, heard nothing.

And let's not forget that is Obama lawyers (the NSA is under the executive branch) who went to court and tried to have the public record of court proceeding secretly edited.
