Oh no!!! The fact that she would send that picture to you shows just how 'new to the business' she is. She's not THAT bad in person. Notice: The picture even includes the wart on her hand, lol. Poor girl. Someone seriously needs to show her the ropes so she doesn't make mistakes like this. Although, this 'wet behind the ears' attribute is one of the things I found endearing about her.
