Gels and jelly lubes (like KY jelly) is considered a bit old fashioned and really doesn't work that great.

If you're getting lube from CVS then go with the liqued silk KY. It's great.

If you're ordering something online, and you wish to get just one product, my recommendation would be any Sliqued product.

It's all natural and has a good feel to it.

Everyone has their preferences.
