The Placebo effect doesn't apply to Extenze or other Male Enhancement Supplements. If you take something like Extenze it is designed to make your penis larger and your erections firmer. It either does or it doesn't. It would produce a obvious physical change. As with the placebo effect you would have a psychological change. Which really doesn't count.

Yeah you could psych yourself up because you're taking something that you believe has benefits. From that your body could respond favorably and your erections could become inherently firmer. Sexual arousal comes from the brain particularly from the area known as the profundus which is a cluster of nerves responsible for pleasure. So I would say you're right in that there could be a placebo effect in terms of quality and firmness of the erection.
